Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy Rooted in Lived Experience
As a Marriage and Family Therapist with over five years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and families, I bring both professional expertise and personal insight to this work. I’ve completed specialized training in neurodiversity-affirming care, executive functioning support, and trauma-informed approaches tailored for ADHD, autism, learning differences, and sensory processing challenges. But more than that, I bring a deep sense of empathy and understanding—because I’m also navigating this path myself.
As someone who is dyslexic, I know what it’s like to move through systems that weren’t built with our brains in mind. I understand the frustration, the self-doubt, and the invisible labor of constantly adapting. And I also know the creativity, resilience, and brilliance that neurodivergent people bring to the world when they’re truly supported. That’s what I aim to offer in our work together: a space where your differences are seen not as deficits, but as important parts of your story—worthy of care, curiosity, and celebration.
Whether you're exploring your identity as a neurodivergent person, navigating burnout, relationship dynamics, or late-diagnosis grief, I offer an affirming and collaborative approach. I work holistically and relationally, honoring how your nervous system, environment, and personal story all interact. You don’t need to mask or translate here. You get to show up as your full self—and be met with respect, validation, and support.
